Established in 1997, Gopal Soap Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a 100% owned subsidiary of our Group. GSIPL is Nepal’s 2nd Market leader manufacturing various brands under the Laundry Detergent segment, its main popular brand being V-Series. GSIPL produces its 21 brands of detergent powders from its 3 strategically located plants (Biratnagar: Eastern Nepal; Janakpur: Mid-Central Nepal and Nepalgunj: Far-Western Nepal). GSIPL also has its own separate distribution network which contributes towards the brands’ market leadership and success.
GSIPL is currently constructing Nepal’s most modern, integrated and state-of-art Laundry Detergent and Cakes manufacturing plant at Nepalgunj, Nepal.

Established in 2007, Gopal N Products Pvt. Ltd is our 100% owned subsidiary. GNPPL together with GSIPL (Gopal Soap Industries Pvt Ltd) has strategically contributed to making both organizations the 2nd Market Leader of Laundry Detergents and Cakes in Nepal.
Gopal N Products Pvt Ltd produces its 10 Brands of Detergent Cakes and Scouring Bars from its 2 manufacturing plants (Biratnagar: Eastern Nepal and Janakpur: Mid-Central Nepal). GNPPL collaborates with GSIPL for its marketing and distribution success.
JANAKPUR REFINERIES PVT. LTD.
Established in 2019, Janakpur Refineries is our Group’s Joint Venture with a reputable business organization in Nepal. The manufacturing plant is Located at Janakpur (Mid-Central Nepal) and produces best quality refined Sunflower, Soybean, Mustard Oils for Nepal’s domestic household consumption. The production capacities have been planned for strategic expansion in various Phases.
Janakpur Refineries also produces Palmolin for vast Industrial consumption within Nepal.
JRPL has leveraged the combined group’s and JV partner’s market and distribution expertise for remarkable performance in Nepal. This Joint Venture has brought immense synergies and expertise under one umbrella.
