DV Hospitality is developing its first property of 81 keys named as Vistara Boutique Hotel (5 Star) located in the heart of Janakpur, Nepal. This property is 3 minutes’ walking distance to Janaki Mandir, the main tourist attraction point of Janakpur. This property will be run and managed by one of the best global hospitality brands. The construction of this property is scheduled for 2021 and targeting pre-opening within 2024.

DV Hospitality also intends to establish its VISTARA hospitality brand in the mid-scale segment targeting major towns and cities across Nepal.
